Well, it’s that time of the year again. October is the perfect month to give consideration to selecting the coat that will suit you best. If you wait until it’s starts to get really cold, then all of the really nice coats will be gone! I like to have alot of outerwear because of the way I live. Oh, yeah, and besides that, I love coats! Here’s a couple of things to consider:
* Buy a coat a size too big. Consider the fact that you will layer, depending on the weather and the occasion.
* Major department stores like Bloomingdales, Macy’s and Burlington Coat factory will carry lots of style in lots of sizes.
* Think about what you wear everyday when considering a color. If you want to bring color into your day, do it with the hat, scarf and gloves.
* If you’re dying to try a new trend, then get a less expensive coat. H&M is a great place for that.
*On the opposite end, if you’re working with a budget for fall/winter clothes, then splurge on the coat. If it’s freezing out, whose gonna know what else you’re wearing anyway? In addition, a classic, quality, everyday coat will last season after season.
